In this topic you will go through the steps of finalizing the criteria and adding an update to an employee's PIP document.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 8Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 9Click the Current Documents menu.
Step 10Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.
Step 11Click the Expand link.
Step 12Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 13Click the Edit Details button.
Step 14The Edit Goal page is used to add any updates to the PIP document. In this example the manager adds that the employee will attend a class to improve their skill.
Step 15Click in the Description field.
Step 16Enter "Plans on attending a SQL class." into the Description field.
Step 17Click the Update button.
Step 18Click the Complete button.
Step 19Click the Confirm button.
Step 20Notice the green check mark indicating the criteria has been finalized.
Step 21Click the Home link.
Step 22Click the Sign out link.
Step 23You have completed the steps of finalizing the criteria and adding an update to an employee's PIP document.
