Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 8Click the Maintain Programs menu.
Step 9Click the Add Curriculum link.
Step 10Click in the Curriculum Code field.
Step 11Click in the Long Name field.
Step 13Click in the Short Name field.
Step 15Click the Coordinator Look up button.
Step 17Click the PAM BROWN link.
Step 18Click in the Description field.
Step 19Click the Approval Type drop-down list.
Step 21Click the Internal-Mgr External-None list item.
Step 22Click the Sections tab.
Step 23Click the Add Course Section link.
Step 24Click in the Section Name field.
Step 25Click the Course Look up button.
Step 27Click the Conflict Resolution link.
Step 28Click the Historical Credit checkbox.
Step 29Click in the Credit Period field.
Step 30Click the Add Course link.
Step 32Click the Course Look up button.
Step 33Click the Impact Criminal Cases link.
Step 34Click the Historical Credit checkbox.

Step 40The Number to Complete field indicates the total number of items that the learner must complete from this section to fulfill the requirements. The number must include the courses that have been checked as required.

Step 45Always select a category for the program. The category helps learners locate the program when searching the learning catalog.

Step 51Use the Security tab to select the learner groups that will have access to this program. Assigning a learner group to the program does not mean that all learners in that group will have access to all items within the program.
