Click in the User ID field.

Step 13Click the OK button.
Step 14The competency "Time Management" was copied from James's job profile and added to his personal profile.
Step 15Click the Edit button.
Step 16Click the Proficiency drop-down list.
Step 17Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 18Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 19Click the OK button.
Step 20Click the Save button.
Step 21Click the Submit button.
Step 22Note: Since you are the approving manager, the profile update was automatically approved once it was submitted.
