Defining Class Materials

In this topic, you will create new class materials.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "kelly.williamson"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Learning Resources menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Material menu.

   Step 9

10. Click the Add a New Value tab.

    Step 10

11. Click in the Description field.

    Step 11

12. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "Class Sign In Sheet"
     into the Description field.
    Step 12

13. Click the Material Type drop-down list.

    Step 13

14. Click the Sign-in Sheets list item.

    Step 14

15. Click in the Short Description field.

    Step 15

16. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "Sign In"
     into the Short Description field.
    Step 16

17. View the Learning Environments section and verify that the necessary Learning Environments are attached to this material.

    Step 17

18. Click the Save button.

    Step 18

19. Click the Home link.

    Step 19

20. Click the Sign out link.

    Step 20

You have completed creating new class materials.
