In this topic you will go through the steps for running the create mass update process.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Workforce Administration menu.
Step 7Click the Collective Processes menu.
Step 8Click the Mass Update menu.
Step 9Click the Create Mass Updates menu.
Step 10If you have already created a Run Control ID, enter that ID into the "begins with" field and click the "Search" button or click the "Search button to see all the Run Control ID's.
If you have not created a Run Control ID, create one by clicking on the "Add a New Value" tab. Create a run control ID title then click the "Add" button.
Step 11Click the Add a New Value tab.
Step 12Click in the Run Control ID field.
Step 13Click the Add button.
Step 15Click in the Mass Update ID field.
Step 16Click the Run button.
Step 18Select "PSUNX" from the "Server Name" drop down if not already selected.
If already selected, click the "OK" button.
Step 19Click the Server Name drop-down list.
Step 20Click the PSUNX list item.
Step 21Click the OK button.
Step 22The system will display a Process Instance number below the Run button. Use this number to monitor your process.
Step 23Click the Process Monitor link.
Step 24Once on this page allow the system a few minutes to process and then click the Refresh button until the Run Status shows Success .
Step 25Click the Home link.
Step 26Click the Sign out link.
