In this topic, you will view your learning transcripts and print a certificate of completion for a completed course.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Learning menu.
Step 8Click the My Learning menu.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 10By default, the My Learning page displays your current learning and competencies.
Current learning consists of courses and programs that you are currently involved with whether they are planned, pending approval, enrolled, in-progress, etc.
Step 11In addition to viewing your learning activities on the My Learning page, you can perform certain actions.
You can click any word in blue to view additional information. For example, clicking a course title will display more information about the course.
You can also use the action buttons to drop or enroll into a course or program.
Step 12Click the Court Supervisor-Manager Certificate Program (CSMC) link to view additional course information.
Step 13When finished, click the Return to Previous Page link to return to the My Learning page.
Step 14You can use the View drop-down list to change the view from Current Learning to something else. Options include:
• Completed learning
• Dropped learning
• All learning within the last 90 days
• All completed learning for the calendar year
• All learning, any type and status
• Requested learning
Step 15Click the View drop-down list.
Step 16Click the All Dropped Learning list item.
Step 17Click the Go button.
Step 18All dropped learning is displayed.
Step 19Click the View drop-down list.
Step 20Click the All completed learning this calendar year list item.
Step 21Click the Go button.
Step 22All learning that was completed during the current calendar year is displayed.
Step 23Click the View drop-down list.
Step 24Click the Requested Learning list item.
Step 25Click the Go button.
Step 26All submitted learning requests are displayed.
Step 27Click the View drop-down list.
Step 28Click the All Completed Learning list item.
Step 29Click the Go button.
Step 30If you see a print icon for a specific learning item, you can click the icon to print a certificate of completion for that item.
In this example, the print icon is not available for the MS Word Advanced Course and the Excel Advanced Course since these are supplemental learning and were completed outside of CONNECT.
Step 31Click the Print button for Advanced Topics in Sentencing.
Step 32Use the toolbar at the bottom of the page to print or save the certificate as desired.
Step 33When finished, click the Close (X) button to close the certificate.
Step 34Click the Home link.
Step 35Click the Sign out link.
