In this topic you will go through the steps for updating and approving a position change request.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Worklist menu.
Step 7Click the Worklist menu.
Step 8Click the FormApproval, 2411, POSCHG, 1900-01-01, N, 0, Position Change Req link.
Step 9Click the Go to Form button.
Step 10Verify the details of the request.
Step 11Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 12Click the OK button.
Step 13A Position Change Request may be approved or denied.
When denying the request, a reason is required in the comment text box.
NOTE: In order to include a comment when denying the request the Deny button must be clicked first. A message will prompt to include a comment. Click the OK button and then enter the comments and click the Deny button again.
Step 14Click the Approve button.
Step 15Click the Home link.
Step 16Click the Sign out link.
