Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 6Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 8Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 9Click the Current Documents menu.
Step 10Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.
Step 11Use the Expand link to view all the goals and their descriptions.
Step 12Click the Expand link.
Step 13Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 14Click the Manager Rating drop-down list.
Step 15Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 16Click the Calculate Rating button.
Step 17Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate up the page.
Step 18Click the Learning tab.
Step 19Click the Manager Rating drop-down list.
Step 20Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 21Click the Overall Summary tab.
Step 22Click the Calculate Rating button.
Step 23Click the Share with Employee button.
Step 24Click the Confirm button.
Step 25Notice the green check mark indicating the evaluation was shared with the employee.
