In this topic, a Recruiter will send a reminder to the Hiring Manager to complete an interview evaluation in order to mark the interview complete.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Enter "jeffery.qualey" into the User ID field.
Step 2Click in the Password field.
Step 3Enter "welcome1" into the Password field.
Step 4Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Recruiting menu.
Step 7Click the Administration menu.
Step 8Click the Interview Evaluation Reminder menu.
Step 9Click the Add a New Value tab.
Step 10Enter INT_EVAL in Run Control ID Field.
Step 11Click the Add button.
Step 12The "Interviews Scheduled" dates will auto-populate but CONNECT allows you to change them either in the date fields or the "between" and "and" fields.
Step 13Click in the Between field.
Step 14Enter "14" into the Between field.
Step 15Click in the and field.
Step 16Notice that the date in the "From" field has changed.
Step 17Enter "1" into the and field.
Step 18Click the Send Evaluation Reminders option.
Step 19Click the Run button.
Step 20Click the OK button.
Step 21Click the Process Monitor link.
Step 22Click the Refresh button until the Run Status changes to "Success".
Step 23Click the Refresh button until the Distribution Status is "Posted".
Step 24The user may have to refresh many times before the status' change.
Step 25Click the Save button.
Step 26Click the Home link.
