Click in the User ID field.

Step 13Click the check box for the TR7 option.
Step 14Click the Vertical Scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 15Click the Delete Room button.
Step 16Click the OK button.
Step 17After updates are made to rooms, ad hoc emails can be used to notify learners or instructors of the changes.
