Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 8Click the Search My Applicants option to uncheck box.
Step 9Click the Search button.
Step 10Click the Actions link for the applicant Rainbow Bright.
Step 11Click the Change Applicant Status menu.
Step 12Click the Status Code drop-down list.
Step 13The status of an applicant can be changed to Active, Hired, Inactive, or Queued.
A reason for changing the status is not required.
Step 14Click the 030 Inactive list item.
Step 15Click the Change Status button.
Step 16Click the OK button.
