Changing an Applicant's Status


Concept

In this topic, a recruiter will change the overall status of an applicant.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "jeffery.qualey"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Recruiting menu.

    Step 7
  8. Click the Search Applicants menu.

  9. Click the Search My Applicants option to uncheck box.

  10. Click the Search button.

  11. Click the Actions link for the applicant Rainbow Bright.

  12. Click the Change Applicant Status menu.

  13. Click the Status Code drop-down list.

    Step 13
  14. The status of an applicant can be changed to Active, Hired, Inactive, or Queued. 

     

    A reason for changing the status is not required.

  15. Click the 030 Inactive list item.

  16. Click the Change Status button.
