Click in the User ID field.

Step 9Click the Type drop-down list.
Step 10Click the Curricula list item.
Step 11Click the Search button.
Step 12Click the Commissioner Certificate Program link.
Step 13Click the Add Program Row link.
Step 14The Add Program Row is used in order to effective date when the status of the program was changed to inactive.
Step 15Click the Status drop-down list.
Step 16Click the Inactive list item.
Step 17Click the Save link.
Step 18Click the Home link.
Step 19Click the Sign out link.
