Inactivating a Curriculum Program

In this topic, you will inactivate a curriculum program so the program is not visible to learners.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "nancy.kline"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

  8. Click the Catalog menu.

    Step 8
  9. Click the Maintain Programs menu.

  10. Click the Type drop-down list.

  11. Click the Curricula list item.

  12. Click the Search button.

  13. Click the Commissioner Certificate Program link.

  14. Click the Add Program Row link.

  15. The Add Program Row is used in order to effective date when the status of the program was changed to inactive.
