Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 9Click the Choose a date button.
Step 10Click the Absence Name drop-down list.
Step 11Click the Leave Bank Take list item.
Step 12Click the Reason drop-down list.
Step 13Click the Leave Bank / Donation list item.
Step 14Click the Details link.
Step 15Click the Calculate End Date or Duration button.
Step 16The Duration automatically populates the hours for the absence request based on the Start and End Dates.
For this example, the employee requested 3 days or 24 hours.
Step 17Click the OK button to return to the Timesheet page.
Step 18Click the Forecast button.
Step 19This message is confirming the employee has enough leave to submit the absence request.
Step 20Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
