In this topic, you will view a teaching schedule and view the session roster for a specific class.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Enterprise Learning menu.
Step 7Click the Instructor Tasks menu.
Step 8Click the View Schedule menu.
Step 9This page displays all the scheduled classes for which you have been assigned as an instructor.
Step 10Click the TEC-1002 link.
Step 11Click the Search button.
Step 12Click the OK button.
Step 13Click the Roster button.
Step 14Clicking the Roster button brings you to the class roster page.
Step 15Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 16Click the Details button.
Step 17The Details button displays the specific learner's status in the class, as well as the status of each learning component associated with that class.
Step 18Click the Return To Previous Page link.
Step 19The Print Roster link allows you to print the class roster for the current class.
