Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 8Click the Profiles menu.
Step 9Click the Person Profiles menu.
Step 10Click in the Empl ID field.
Step 11Click the Search button.
Step 13Click the Qualifications tab.
Step 14Click the Add New Licenses and Certifications link.
Step 15Click the Look up License button.
Step 16Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 17Click the Financial Disclosure link.
Step 18Click in the Country field.
Step 19Click in the State field.
Step 21Click in the Expiration Date field.
Step 23Press [Backspace].
Step 24Click in the License/Certification Number field.
Step 26Click in the Issued By field.
Step 28Click the OK button.
Step 30Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 31Click the Save button.
Step 32Notice the green check mark indicating the item was added successfully.
Step 33Click the Home link.
