Reopening Performance Documents


Concept

In this topic, you will be reopening a performance document that has already been completed.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "lee.robinson"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Sign In button.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Workforce Development menu.

    Step 7
  8. Click the Performance Management menu.

    Step 8
  9. Click the Performance Documents menu.

    Step 9
  10. Click the Administrative Tasks menu.

  11. Click the Reopen Document menu.

  12. Click in the First Name field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "ginger"
     into the First Name field.

  14. Click in the Last Name field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "lockhart"
     into the Last Name field.

  16. Click the Search button.

  17. Reopening an employee's performance document changes the status of the document back to "Evaluation".

  18. Click the GINGER LOCKHART check box for the document status of "Completed".

  19. Click the Continue button.

  20. Clicking the Save button will change the document status.
