In this topic you will update a team member's profile.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Enter "connie.green" into the User ID field.
Step 2Click in the Password field.
Step 3Enter "welcome1" into the Password field.
Step 4Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 8Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 9Click the Select button for Anthony Kilgallon.
Step 10You can add competencies, qualifications, and education to any of your team members' profiles.
Step 11Click the Add New Competencies link.
Step 12Click the Look up Competency button.
Step 13Click the Business Knowledge link.
Step 14Evaluation Type will be automatically defined.
Step 15The Rating Model will also be automatically defined based on the competency selecte.
Step 16Click the Proficiency list.
Step 17Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19Click the Save button.
Step 20Click the Submit button.
Step 21NOTE: Since you, as the approving manager, submitted the competency, the profile update was automatically approved. When the employee submits the competency you will be required to approve it.
Step 22Click the OK button.
Step 23Click the Save button.
Step 24To select a different team member we will navigate using the top navigation/breadcrumbs.
Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 25Click the Select button Connie Abe.
Step 26Click the Qualifications tab.
Step 27Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 28Click the Add New Language Skills link.
Step 29Click in the Language field.
Step 30Enter "sp" into the Language field.
Step 31Click the Speaking Proficiency list.
Step 32Click the 3 - High list item.
Step 33Click the Able To Translate checkbox.
Step 34Click the OK button.
Step 35Click the Save button.
Step 36Click the Home link.
Step 37Click the Sign out link.
