In this topic you will go through the steps for submitting a termination request.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Enter "timothy.haven" into the User ID field.
Step 2Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Job and Personal Information menu.
Step 8Click the Termination Request menu.
Step 9Click the "Search" button to view previously submitted requests.
To submit a new request select the"Add a New Value" tab.
Step 10Click the Add a New Value tab.
Step 11Click the Attachments tab.
Step 12Click the Attach button.
Step 13To attach a file select the document from your computer to upload click on the browse button and the click on upload.
For example, a resignation letter.

Click the Upload button.
Step 15Click the Form tab.
Step 16Click in the Employee ID field.
Step 17Enter "000005168" into the Employee ID field.
Step 18The Employee ID will auto populate the Subject and Employee Name.
Step 19Click in the Effective Date of Termination field.
Step 20Click the Action drop-down list.
Step 22Click the Retirement list item.
Step 23Click the Reason drop-down list.
Step 24Click the Retirement list item.
Step 25Click the Save button.
Step 26Click the Submit button.
Step 27The approver will have a status of "Pending" when the form is submitted. If the form is saved and not submitted the status will show as "Not Routed".
Step 28Click the OK button.
Step 29Click the Home link.
Step 30Click the Sign out link.
