In this topic, you will view the facilities calendar and reserve a room for a conference.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 6Click the Enterprise Learning menu.
Step 7Click the Learning Resources menu.
Step 8Click the Facilities Calendar menu.
Step 9Click the Search button.
Step 10Click the Judicial Education and Conference Center link.
Step 11The Monthly view will always be the first display of the facilities calendar and will use the current date.
Step 12Using your pointer to hover over a name of a scheduled event in the calendar displays details about the event.
The box with the title "Microsoft Excel 2013 -- Level 1" is an example of what you will see in the display.
Step 13Click the Weekly link.
Step 14Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 15This page displays the Weekly view. This page uses the current date unless the date is modified, using the "Date" field.
Step 16Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate up the page.
Step 17Click the Daily link.
Step 18This page is the Daily view. This page uses the current date, unless the "Date" field is modified.
Step 19Click the Reserve a Room link.
Step 20Click in the Title field.
Step 21Enter "Conference" into the Title field.

Step 32Click in the Number of Occurrences field.
Step 34The Number of Occurrences field indicates the number of days for which you are reserving a room for a particular time.
Step 36Click the Type Look Up button.
Step 37Click the Conference link.
Step 38Click in the Start Time field.
Step 39Click in the End Time field.
Step 41Click the check box for the Thursday option.
Step 43Click the Build Reservations button.
Step 44Notice the reservation has been added below in the Room Reservations section.
Step 45Click the Monthly link.
Step 46Notice the reservation has been added on 10/22/2015 on the Monthly view.
Administrators have the ability to click the title of the reserved room and access the class details page in order to setup a class for that time.
