Request an Extended Absence - FMLA Timeframe

In this topic, you will request an extended absence FMLA timeframe.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

  11. First you will indicate the timeframe for FMLA.

     

    Click the Choose a date (Alt+5) button.

  26. On this page the employee is only required to indicate the Date Change Will Take Effect date to be the same start date selected in the previous page. For this example the start date we selected is 12/14/15.

  34. At this point, you can Save for Later or Submit the request. A saved request will not be submitted for approval and can still be edited.

  39. The approval process is also displayed to indicate who is the approver for this request. It also provides a status. Pending, Approved, Denied, etc.
