In this section, a recruiter will ask for input by routing an applicant.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Enter "jeffery.qualey" into the User ID field.
Step 2Click in the Password field.
Step 3Enter "welcome1" into the Password field.
Step 4Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Recruiting menu.
Step 7Click the Search Applicants menu.
Step 8Click the Search My Applicants option to remove check from the box.
Step 9Click in the Last Name field.
Step 10Enter "Beazer" into the Last Name field.
Step 11Click the Search button.
Step 12Click the Actions link.
Step 13In this example we will link an applicant to a job before we route them. This is not always a necessary step as some applicants will already be linked to a job by applying.
Step 14Click the Link Applicant to Job menu.
Step 15Click in the Job Opening ID field.
Step 16Enter "1027" in the Job Opening ID field.
Step 17Click the Disposition drop-down list.
Step 18Click the 010 Applied list item.
Step 19Click the Link button.
Step 20Click the OK button.

Step 22Click the Search Job Openings menu.
Step 23Click in the Job Opening ID field.
Step 24Enter "1027" into the Job Opening ID field.

Step 27Click the Route Applicant button for ISHA BEAZER.
Step 28Click the Routing Status drop-down list.
Step 29Click the 010 Route list item.
Step 30Click the Reason drop-down list.
Step 31Click the Expert Review Requested list item.
Step 32Click in the Response Due Date field.
Step 33Enter "09/15/2015" into the Response Due Date field.
Step 34If the routing request is for a
single job opening, the primary hiring manager is the default recipient unless the hiring manager is the
person sending the routing request.
Step 35Click in the Comments field.
Step 36Enter "Please review." into the Comments field.
Step 37Click the Submit button.
Step 38Click the OK button.
