Reopening Performance Documents


Concept

In this topic you will go through the steps to reopen a performance document for an employee. 


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "deborah.kiel"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Main Menu button.

    Step 6
  7. Click the Manager Self Service menu.

    Step 7
  8. Click the Performance Management menu.

    Step 8
  9. Click the Performance Documents menu.

    Step 9
  10. Click the Administrative Tasks menu.

    Step 10
  11. Click the Reopen Document menu.

    Step 11
  12. Reopening an employee's performance document changes the status of the document back to "Evaluation". Only a document in the status of Share with Employee, Awaiting Acknowledgement, Acknowledged, or Approval can be reopened.

  13. Click the checkbox for Dawn Linz Annual Performance Appraisal 01/01/2015.

  14. Click the Continue button.

  15. Clicking the Save button will change the document status.

  16. Click the Save button.

  18. Click the Home link.
