Defining a Supplemental Learning Type

In this topic, you will create a new supplemental learning type.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

  10. Supplemental learning is learning that has been completed outside of the cataloged classes and programs, for which

    you need to keep a record.

  27. When defining a supplemental learning type, you can enable mapping of the supplemental learning to an equivalent course, program, or competency that already exists in the catalog. The user selects the relevant course, program, or objective when reporting the supplemental learning.

     

    In this example we do not map the supplemental learning to any equivalents.
