Add an Attachment for an Employee


Concept

In this topic you will go through the steps of attaching documentation on behalf of an employee.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "ht.burgess"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Main Menu button.

    Step 6
  7. Click the Workforce Administration menu.

  8. Click the Job Information menu.

  9. Click the Employee Attachments menu.

  10. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "000002394"
     into the begins with field.

  11. Click the Search button.

  12. All previously attached documents are listed for review.

  13. Click in the Description field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "AmyMoran_NameChange"
     into the Description field.

  15. Click the Attach button.

  16. To attach a file select the document from your computer to upload click on the browse button and the click on upload.
