Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 8Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 9Click the Current Documents menu.
Step 10The Current Performance Documents page lists all the performance documents for employees for which you are manager. The page lists the employee, the status of the document, and the dates associated with the document.
Step 11Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.
Step 12Click the Add Goal link.
Step 13Click in the Title field.
Step 14Click in the Description field.
Step 16Enter "Develop SQL skills" into the Description field.
Step 17Click the Add button.
Step 18Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 19Click in the Manager Comments field.
Step 20Enter "SQL will be reviewed" into the Manager Comments field.
Step 21Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 22Click in the Manager Comments field.
Step 23Click the Share with Employee button.
Step 25Click the Confirm button.
Step 26Notice the green check mark that indicates the comments were shared successfully with the employee.
Step 27Click the Home link.
