In this topic, you will add a Financial Disclosure to one of your team member's personal profile.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 4Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 5Click the Select button for James Lough.
Step 6Click the Qualifications tab.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 8Click the Add New Licenses and Certifications link.
Step 9After your employee has completed their financial disclosure, enter the following information into the license/certification fields:
• License
• Country
• State
• Expiration Date
• Financial Disclosure Number
• Issued by
Step 10Click in the License field.
Step 11Click in the Country field.
Step 13Click in the State field.
Step 15Click in the Expiration Date field.
Step 17Press [Backspace].
Step 18Click in the License/Certification Number field.
Step 20Click in the Issued By field.
Step 22Click the OK button.
Step 24Click the Save button.
Step 25Click the Submit button.
Step 26Note: Since you are the approving manager, the profile update was automatically approved once it was submitted.
Step 27Click the OK button.
Step 28Click the Home link.
Step 29Click the Sign out link.
