In this topic you will go through the steps for viewing a team member interest list.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 4Click the Team Interest Lists menu.
Step 5Click the Team Interest Lists menu.
Step 6Click the Select button for James Lough.
Step 7Employees may save the profile of jobs they are interested in to compare competencies and therefore, set educational and training goals that will help them move into that position in the future.
Step 8Click the Compare button.
Step 9In Profile Compare you can see what competencies the job includes and compare them to your team member's competencies. In this example there is no match.
Step 10Click the Return to Previous page link.
Step 11Click the Home link.
Step 12Click the Sign out link.
