Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.

Step 3Click the Search Job Openings menu.
Step 4Enter "1027" into the Job Opening ID field.
Step 5Click the Search button.
Step 6Click the Judiciary Clerk II link.
Step 7Click the Applicant Screening tab.
Step 8Click the Minimum Qualifications link.
Step 9Click in the Percent Needed to Pass field.
Step 10Enter "100" into the Percent Needed to Pass field.
Step 11Click the Vertical scroll bar to move down the page.
Step 12CONNECT allows you to choose multiple screening types to use in screening and/or make them a required question or general requirement.
Step 13Click the Use in Screening option for the Work Authorization Screening Question.
Step 14Click the Required option.
Step 15Click the Apply button.
Step 16Click the OK button.
Step 17Click the Run drop-down list.
Step 18Click the Minimum Qualifications list item.
Step 19Click the Go button.
Step 20Click the Refresh Page button.
Step 21Click the Screening Results link.
Step 22This page shows the applicants for the job opening and their scores for the requirements.
Step 23Click the 0% link.
Step 24This page will show detailed information for the requirement score.
Step 25Click the Return to Previous Page link.
Step 26Click the Apply Results button.
Step 27When the screening results are applied, and the applicant does not meet the minimum qualifications, their disposition will change accordingly.
