12_21_15_Adding a Competency, Finding Associated Learning, and Adding to Team Member's Plan


Concept

In this topic you will go through the steps to adding a competency, finding learning associated to that competency, and adding that learning to a team member's learning plan.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

    Step 1
  2. Click the ELM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Manager Self Service menu.

  4. Click the Team Learning menu.

  5. Click the Team Members menu.

  6. Click the LEAH SCARPELLI checkbox.

  7. Click the Action drop-down list.

  8. Click the Learning Competencies list item.

  9. Click the Go button.

  10. This is the Team Member Competencies page.

  11. Click the Add New Competency button.

    Enter
     "relationship building"
     into the Competency field.
