In this topic you will go through the steps to adding a competency, finding learning associated to that competency, and adding that learning to a team member's learning plan.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the ELM Systems menu.

Step 3Click the Team Learning menu.
Step 4Click the Team Members menu.
Step 5Click the LEAH SCARPELLI checkbox.
Step 6Click the Action drop-down list.
Step 7Click the Learning Competencies list item.
Step 8Click the Go button.
Step 9This is the Team Member Competencies page.
Step 10Click the Add New Competency button.
Step 11Click in the Competency field.
Step 12Click the Search button.
Step 14Click the Select checkbox for Relationship Building.
Step 15Click the Proficiency drop-down list.
Step 16Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 17Click in the Target Completion Date field.
Step 18Click the Required checkbox.
Step 20Click the Add button.
Step 21Click the Find Learning link.
Step 22Note: Only courses linked to the competency "Relationship Building" will be displayed in the search results.
