In this topic you will go through the steps to override an APA acknowledgement.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Manager Self Service menu.

  4. Click the Performance Management menu.

  5. Click the Performance Documents menu.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Current Documents menu.

  7. Click the LAWRENCE MIZE link.

  8. The Override Acknowledgement button is used if the employee is not available or refuses to provide acknowledgement to the evaluation and the

    manager needs to bypass this step.

  9. Click the Override Acknowledgement button.

  10. Click the Employee Not Available option.

  11. Click the Confirm button.

  12. Click the Home link.
