12_21_15_Finalizing the Criteria of the PIP Document


Concept

In this topic, you will go through the steps of finalizing the criteria and adding an update to an employee's PIP document.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Manager Self Service menu.

  4. Click the Performance Management menu.

  5. Click the Performance Documents menu.

  6. Click the Current Documents menu.

  7. Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.

  8. Click the Expand link.

  9. Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.

  10. Click the Edit Details button.

  11. The Edit Goal page is used to add any updates to the PIP document. In this example the manager adds that the employee will attend a class to improve their skill.

  12. Click in the Description field.

  13. Enter "Plans on attending a SQL class." into the Description field.

  17. Notice the green check mark indicating the criteria has been finalized.
