In this topic you will go through the steps for finding team members matching a specific job profile.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 4Click the Team Historical Profiles menu.
Step 5Click the Select button for James Lough.
Step 6Notice James has a Time Management competency as of the current date (09/01/2015)
Step 7Click the Profile Actions drop-down list.
Step 8Click the View As Of Another Date list item.
Step 9Click the Go button.
Step 10Click in the As Of Date field.
Step 11Press [Backspace].
Step 12Click the OK button.
Step 14Notice the Time Management competency is no longer displayed for James.
Only competencies current as of 07/15/2015 are displayed now.
Step 15Click the Qualifications tab.
Step 16Click the Return to Previous Page link.
Step 17Click the Home link.
Step 18Click the Sign out link.
