In the Manager Dashboard you have a Manager Self Service Links pagelet to help you navigate directly to frequently used pages.

Any additional links you personaly access frequently can be stored in the Favorites for quick access. View the Favorites Menu topic in the Fundamentals course to learn how to add links to your favorites.
