In this topic, you will go through the steps of adding and reviewing performance notes on an employee's performance notes page.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 4Click the Maintain Performance Notes menu.
Step 5Click in the Employee ID field.
Step 6Click the Add a New Note button.
Step 8Managers can use the Maintain Performance Notes page to record specific notes about their employees to use when performance evaluations are completed. Employees are unable to retrieve notes that their manager has entered about them; and managers are unable to retrieve notes that their employees have entered about them.
Step 9Click in the Subject field.
Step 10Click in the Note Text field.
Step 12Enter the desired notes.
For the purposes of this training topic, the notes have been entered for you.
Step 13Click the Save button.
Step 14Click the Return to Performance Note Selection link.
Step 15Click the Excel link to view additional notes for Elizabeth.
Step 16Click the Return to Performance Note Selection link.
Step 17Click the Home link.
Step 18Click the Sign out link.
