Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 4Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 5Click the Select button for James Lough.
Step 6Click the Profile Actions drop-down list.
Step 7Click the Copy From Job Profile list item.
Step 8Click the Go button.
Step 9Click the OK button.
Step 10The competency "Time Management" was copied from James's job profile and added to his personal profile.
Step 11Click the Edit button.
Step 12Click the Proficiency drop-down list.
Step 13Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 14Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 15Click the OK button.
Step 16Click the Save button.
Step 17Click the Submit button.
Step 18Note: Since you are the approving manager, the profile update was automatically approved once it was submitted.
Step 19Click the OK button.
Step 20Click the Home link.
