Insights are a powerful tool provided to users to collect data for analysis to support your operations.  You can use a combination of any of the search criteria and/or specific criteria available for selection.  We strongly recommend that you try and be specific in your searches to optimize the performance of the Insight.  Broad selections of data will slow down the performance of the system.  All Insights can be exported to Excel to enable you to perform further analysis.
