Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 4Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 5Click the Current Documents menu.
Step 6Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.
Step 7Use the Expand link to view all the goals and their descriptions.
Step 8Click the Expand link.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 10Click the Manager Rating drop-down list.
Step 11Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 12Click the Calculate Rating button.
Step 13Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate up the page.
Step 14Click the Learning tab.
Step 15Click the Manager Rating drop-down list.
Step 16Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 17Click the Overall Summary tab.
Step 18Click the Calculate Rating button.
Step 19Click the Share with Employee button.
Step 20Click the Confirm button.
Step 21Notice the green check mark indicating the evaluation was shared with the employee.
Step 22Click the Home link.
Step 23Click the Sign out link.
