08_25_16_View Forms Submitted by Your Court


Concept

As an Administrative Official or Deputy AO, you have access to see all forms submitted by your court or department.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu link.

  2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Enterprise Components menu.

  4. Click the Forms menu.

  5. Wow.. that was a long path.  Don't forget to add this one to your favorites!

     

    Click the Approve/Review a Form menu.

  6. You may use Search Criteria to filter the list of forms that will be displayed when you click the Search Button.

  7. When you leave the Search Criteria blank, it will return a complete listing of all submitted forms for your respective court(s) or department(s).

     

    Click the Search button.

  8. You can view more search results by either scrolling down the screen or by clicking the Search Criteria arrow.

     

    Click the Collapse Search Criteria arrow.

  9. A total of 32 forms make up this listing which shows all forms for Circuit Court Montgomery County.  It shows various form types; Position Change Request, Disciplinary Action Request, Accident Reports, etc. along with their current Approval Status.

  10. Next, we will adjust the search criteria to show only forms that have the "Pending Approval" status.

     

    Click the Expand Search Criteria arrow.

  11. You can filter this list by using the "Approval Status" field filter.

     

    Click the Approval Status drop-down list.

  12. You can see the list of Approval Status options.

     

    Click the Pending Approval list item.

  14. This list is now showing only 3 forms allowing quicker access to the desired form.

     

    Click the Disciplinary Action Request link to view the form.

  15. In the Review/Edit Approvers section, you may view the approval path of the form.  It is Pending approval by the Admin Official prior to approval by Employee Relations. 

     

    The Reviewers are members of the HRIS Functional Team who can assist users with forms, if necessary.

  16. In the Approval Action section, you also have the ability to Approve or Deny the form or leave a comment for the approvers to see when they approve the form.

  17. Click the Go to Form button to view the form details.

  18. When you are finished reviewing the form, you can return to the previous screen by clicking the Close link.

  19. Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.

  20. Click the Return to Search button.

  21. To perform another search, it is best to erase the search criteria by clicking the Clear button.
