The View Other Manager Dashboard provides an upper level manager access to their direct reports' Manager Dashboard. Although this dashboard may look similar to your Manager Dashboard, the data displayed in the pagelets are for employees 2 or 3 levels down, depending on the Manager's Dashboard selected.
