In this topic, we will see how to navigate to add a note and attach a document to a candidate record.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Recruiting menu.
Step 4Click the Interview Calendar menu.
Step 5Use the arrows to navigate through the weeks or enter the date of the interview.
Step 6The interview scheduled will display with Time, Applicant name, Job Positing Title, Comments, Status (of interview schedule), and the Interview Location.
Text in blue is hyperlinked to respective page (e.g. time will be linked to the interview schedule page).
Step 7For this example we will need to access the applicant's page to add the note and attachment.
Click the Donna Addison link.
Step 8Once in the Manage Applicant page you can access the Notes tab.
Click the Notes tab.
Step 9For this example, we had already added a note and an attachment.
Step 10The Notes Summary displays our Notes and Attachments. Each include subject and details, attachment icon, note date, and author. You also have the ability to edit (pencil icon) and delete (trash can icon) your notes/attachments.
Step 11Click the Add Applicant Note button.
Step 12The Applicant Notes and Attachments require you to include a Contact Method, Subject and Details.
Step 13The Audience will default to Public, which means others involved in the recruitment process for this individual job will be able to view your notes/attachments.
The Private option will keep the notes/attachments private to the creator and recruiter.
Step 14To add an attachment click the Add Attachment button, browse for your file, and click upload.
Step 15Once you complete your note or attachment, click the Add Note button.
For this example, the note and attachment were added for you.
Click the Cancel button.
Step 16Click the Home link.
Step 17Click the Sign out link.
Step 18
