In this topic you will update a team member's profile.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 4Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 5Click the Select button for Anthony Kilgallon.
Step 6You can add competencies, qualifications, and education to any of your team members' profiles.
Step 7Click the Add New Competencies link.
Step 8Click the Look up Competency button.
Step 9Click the Business Knowledge link.
Step 10Evaluation Type will be automatically defined.
Step 11The Rating Model will also be automatically defined based on the competency selected.
Step 12Click the Proficiency list.
Step 13Click the Meets Standards list item.
Step 14Click the OK button.
Step 15Click the Save button.
Step 16Click the Submit button.
Step 17NOTE: Since you, as the approving manager, submitted the competency, the profile update was automatically approved. When the employee submits the competency you will be required to approve it.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19Click the Save button.
Step 20To select a different team member we will navigate using the top navigation/breadcrumbs.
Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 21Click the Select button Connie Abe.
Step 22Click the Qualifications tab.
Step 23Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 24Click the Add New Language Skills link.
Step 25Click in the Language field.
Step 26Enter "sp" into the Language field.
Step 27Click the Speaking Proficiency list.
Step 28Click the 3 - High list item.
Step 29Click the Able To Translate checkbox.
Step 30Click the OK button.
Step 31Click the Save button.
Step 32Click the Home link.
Step 33Click the Sign out link.
