05_31_16_Completing an Interview Evaluation


Concept

In this topic, the Hiring Manager begins and completes an Interview Evaluation. 


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Self Service menu.

  4. Click the Recruiting menu.

  5. Click the Interview Evaluations menu.

    Step 5
  6. A specified time period must be entered in order to view applicants.

  7. Click in the Show Interviews Between field.

  8. Enter "09/01/2015" into the Show Interviews Between field.

  10. Enter "10/01/2015" into the and field.

  11. Click the Refresh button.

  12. The results will display all candidates you are involved with in the interview process.

  13. Notice the Action column. This column will indicate:

     

    Evaluate Applicant - first time access to the Interview Evaluation for you to input your rating and comments.

     

    Complete Evaluation - will display once you have started the evaluation and saved for later; indicating to complete the evaluation.

     

    View Evaluation - access to the completed and submitted evaluation document.

  15. In the Interview Evaluation page you will provide your feedback of the candidate by rating and commenting on the following categories:

     

    - Communication Skills

    - Education/Training

    - Work Experience

    - Technical Skills

     

    Make sure to add detailed comments for the hiring manager to have a clear understanding of your feedback.
