In this topic, you will view the Learning Dashboard from a Manager's perspective.
Steps:
Click the Learning Dashboard tab.
Step 1The Learning Dashboard is separate from the Manager Dashboard and the Time and Labor Dashboard and focuses exclusively on learning activities across the Judiciary.
Step 2As a Manager, your dashboard provides you with features for managing your direct reports' learning and self service features for managing your personal learning.
Step 3Your To Do List contains a list of items that require your attention. This list might include items such as:
• Pending approvals
• Unfulfilled learning requests
• Today’s learning events
• Expiring certifications
• Learning objectives not met
• Learning plan items not complete
Step 4In most cases, you can click the link of a list item to view additional details.
Step 5Click the 3 Pending Approval Requests link.
Step 6In this example, you can approve the learning requests submitted by your direct reports.
Step 7Note: Once you leave the Learning Dashboard, the other dashboard tabs are no longer available. To get back to the Learning Dashboard, click the Home Link.
Step 8Click the Home link.
Step 9Click the Learning Dashboard tab.
Step 10Any learning specific announcements delivered by the Judiciary Education would appear in the Announcements section.
Step 11Quick Links is an employee function and will take you directly into the function that you click.
Step 12Click the Find Learning link.
Step 13Notice you are now on the Find Learning page.

Step 15Click the Learning Dashboard tab.
Step 16The Pending Approvals section displays all learning requests from your direct reports that require your approval.
Step 17Click the Being Calm and Clear -- Mindfulness in Work and Play link.
Step 18You can view, approve, or deny this learning request.
Step 19Click the Return to Previous Page link.
Step 20The Team Learning section shows the status of each learning activity for your direct reports.
Step 21You can filter this display by using the View and Name drop-down lists.
Step 22Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 23The Manager Quick Links section allows you to take action for your direct reports. You can:
• View your team members
• View certifications for your team members
• View competencies for your team members
• View learning plans for your team members
• Search for learning to enroll your team members

The "Search for Learning" field allows you to search the learning catalog for courses in which you can enroll.
Step 25The My Current Learning section displays your personal learning activities and the associated status.
Step 26The learning calendar displays all learning events in which you are scheduled.
Note: This calendar is not integrated with Microsoft Outlook or any other calendar application. Only CONNECT learning activities are displayed on this calendar.
Step 27Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 28Click the Home link.
