12_21_15_Find Similar People on Your Team

In this topic, you will select a team member's profile and search for other team members with similar profiles.

Steps:

1. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 1

2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

   Step 2

3. Click the scrollbar to move down the page.

   Step 3

4. Click the Learning and Development menu.

   Step 4

5. Click the Search and Compare Profiles menu.

   Step 5

6. Click the Find similar people on team link.

   Step 6

7. Click the Select button for James Lough.

   Step 7

8. Click the Search button.

   Step 8

9. The individuals displayed have similar profiles to James.

   Step 9

10. Click the Select checkbox for Jack Mathew.

    Step 10

11. Click the Select checkbox for John Luddwick.

    Step 11

12. Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.

    Step 12

13. Click the Compare Profiles button.

    Step 13

14. Notice Jack's and John's profiles are being compared to James's profile.

    Step 14

15. Click the Return to Search For Profiles link.

    Step 15

16. Click the Home link.

    Step 16

17. Click the Sign out link.

    Step 17
