In this topic you will go through the steps to review a completed APA document and use the print function.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 4Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 5Click the Historical Documents menu.
Step 6Click the Expand Filter Criteria button.
Step 7Click in the Last Name field.
Step 8Enter "whitaker" into the Last Name field.
Step 9Click the Filter button.
Step 10Notice the Performance Documents section only displays names containing "Whitaker".
Step 11Click in the Period Between field.
Step 12Enter "02/01/2015" into the Period Between field.
Step 13Click in the Period Between field.
Step 14Enter "10/01/2015" into the Period Between field.
Step 15Click the Filter button.
Step 16Click the DEBORAH WHITAKER link for the desired appraisal document.
Step 17Notice the status of each step in the process. In this example, the statuses are complete indicated by a green checkmark.
You can review the document by expanding the sections below.
Step 18Click the Print link to save or print a copy of the performance document.
Step 19The document opens in a new window as a PDF. Mouse over the bottom to view the navigation menu which contains:
- save button
- print button
- page up/down arrows
- zoom +/- buttons
Click the Down Arrow to view the next page.
Step 20Click the - button to zoom out.
Step 21Click the Down Arrow to view the next page.
Step 22Click the Down Arrow to view the next page.
Step 23Click the Print Button to print the document.
Step 24The Print dialogue box for your printer will display and you will be able to make the adjustments necessary to print your document.
For this example, click the Cancel button.
Step 25Click the Close (X) button.
Step 26You have completed reviewing and printing the performance document.
Click the Home link.
Step 27Click the Sign out link.
Step 28You have completed reviewing an approved APA document and using the print function.
