Concept

In this topic you will go through the steps of updating the onboarding checklist of documentation the employee provides.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu menu.

  4. Click the Personal Information menu.

  5. Click the Organizational Relationships menu.

  6. Click the Person Checklist menu.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "700019"
     into the Empl ID field.

  8. Click the Search button.

  9. As an HR Liaison, you can update the status of your direct report's onboarding documentation as they complete it.

     

    For this example we will update the status for all documents provided by the employee.

  10. Click the Status drop-down list.
