Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the HCM Systems menu.
Step 2Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 3Click the Performance Management menu.
Step 4Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 5Click the Current Documents menu.
Step 6The Current Performance Documents page lists all the performance documents for employees for which you are manager. The page lists the employee, the status of the document, and the dates associated with the document.
Step 7Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.
Step 8Click the Add Goal link.
Step 9Click in the Title field.
Step 10Click in the Description field.
Step 12Enter "Develop SQL skills" into the Description field.
Step 13Click the Add button.
Step 14Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 15Click in the Manager Comments field.
Step 16Enter "SQL will be reviewed" into the Manager Comments field.
Step 17Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 18Click in the Manager Comments field.
Step 19Click the Share with Employee button.
Step 21Click the Confirm button.
Step 22Notice the green check mark that indicates the comments were shared successfully with the employee.
Step 23Click the Home link.
Step 24Click the Sign out link.
