12_21_15_Reviewing and Updating PIP Documents


Concept

In this topic, you will go through the steps to review and update a PIP document with a development goal.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Manager Self Service menu.

  4. Click the Performance Management menu.

  5. Click the Performance Documents menu.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Current Documents menu.

  7. The Current Performance Documents page lists all the performance documents for employees for which you are manager. The page lists the employee, the status of the document, and the dates associated with the document.

  8. Click the NICOLE EDWARDS link.

  9. Click the Add Goal link.

  10. Click in the Title field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "IT Skills"
     into the Title field.

  13. Enter "Develop SQL skills" into the Description field.

  15. Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.

  16. Click in the Manager Comments field.

  17. Enter "SQL will be reviewed" into the Manager Comments field.

  18. Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.

    Enter

     into the SQL field.
