Maryland Judicial Branch Employment Policies Applicable to all Judicial Branch Employees
Pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-806, the following are personnel policies applicable to employees in the Judicial Branch of the State Government, other than judges and employees of the Orphans' Courts and the Registers of Wills, without regard to the source of the funding of their compensation.
