The Judiciary is aware of some technical issues that users have been experiencing while creating their attorney information for MDEC.
Browser compatibility issues
If you are experiencing browser compatibility issues and/or are directed to a blank page upon accessing the link:- See page 7 of the Step-by-Step User Guide to change compatibility view settings.
If you are in the Application to create your attorney information and have one of the following problems:
-Cannot edit and update your address
-Cannot find your Client Protection Fund (CPF) number, or
-Do not see/cannot find your District Court or Circuit Court records/cases
-Cannot find your Client Protection Fund (CPF) number, or
-Do not see/cannot find your District Court or Circuit Court records/cases
- Do not verify or confirm your attorney information for MDEC.
- Send an email to [email protected]. Include your first and last name, telephone number, Client Protection Fund number if you know it, and a description of the problem you are experiencing.
- No other action is needed from you. The Judiciary will resolve and contact you if needed.
