Maryland Court of Appeals Issues Orders for State of Maryland v.
Brian Rice, State of Maryland v. Edward Nero, State of Maryland v. Garrett Miller, and Alicia White and Caesar Goodson v. State of Maryland

On Tuesday, March 8, 2016, the Maryland Court of Appeals issued orders in cases related to the arrest and death of Freddie Gray.

The Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on March 3, 2016, having stayed the proceedings in the cases pending in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

The following per curiam orders were issued: 
--Nos. 96, 97, and 98: State of Maryland v. Brian Rice, State of Maryland v. Edward Nero, and State of Maryland v. Garrett Miller
--No. 99, Alicia White and Caesar Goodson v. State of Maryland
